More specifically a '66 230s. Talked to the guy and it needs all new front brakes, the wipers are non-op and he was halfway through installing new fuel lines so there is currently no gas getting to the carbs.
But the interior is supposedly mint, the body has little rust, and he has already gone through the carbs.
Even though the price is not bad, I'm not sure I'm going to buy it just because I don't need to add a non-runner to my stable. But damned if it doesn't look good in that color combo...

The interior at first glance does look good.

pretty nice fintail, I have had 2, this model (in this color) and a 190D. Not a terrible price either. Great fun little cars that don't do anything better than well, and are just a hoot to drive around. I would say 50/50 worth the project

That thing is beautiful. If you don't get it, I hope it goes to a good home. Looks well kept, and that's important for these cars. I've seen similar aged Benz cars with absolutely neglected interiors. Dried out leather, cracking wood all over the dash. It's nice to see one that's ready to cruise around in.
